Location: Home based/Local office - flexible
Salary: £54,263 - £68,830 (London) / £51,553 to £60,645 (South East) / £48,831 to £57,448 East/Mid/South and £46,125 to £54,262 (North)
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Type: Secondment/Fixed term contract until November 2027

About the Role:
We’re seeking a Service Lead for ASB and Fraud to provide high level coordination and strategic direction on tenancy fraud, Anti-Social Behaviour, Domestic Abuse, and legal action for tenancy enforcement.
Responsibilities:
- Setting the strategic direction for managing tenancy Fraud and ASB
- Ensuring timely and accurate performance reports are provided to senior managers
- Delivering a strategic compliance and audit service aligned to tenancy fraud for Clarion cases
- Ensuring a consistent, cost effective, responsive and proportionate approach is in place to tackle ASB in all Clarion regions

- This is a hybrid role based either from home or nearest local office. You'll split your time between working from home and Clarion offices, specific days will be agreed with your line manager.
- Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required and to other offices on occasions.
