Service Leader - Health and Social Care
Community Integrated Care is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate health and social care professional for a Service Leader based in Banff with potential to travel to Peterhead and Turriff.

Role Details
Banff
- One young man supported 2:1
- Likes time at home relaxing with his team
- Gradual support for growing independence
- Positive risk-taking attitude is key
Peterhead
- One gentleman supported 1:1
- Loves to take trips on the bus shopping
- Needs support to manage his finances and make good decisions with his budget
- Friendly positive attitude is key
Turriff
- People can be independent but may need some support to motivate them to be independently safe
- Reminders to look after themselves in a healthy manner
- Reassuring around mobility
- Active support with cooking and household chores
- Support with routines, structure, and consistency
- Patience and taking the time to get to know their needs, likes, and dislikes
- Activities they enjoy: listening to music, watching crime shows on TV, shopping, meeting dogs and other animals, and spending time in their large garden
