Service Leader - Health and Social Care

Community Integrated Care is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate health and social care professional for a Service Leader based in Banff with potential to travel to Peterhead and Turriff.

Role Details

Banff

  • One young man supported 2:1
  • Likes time at home relaxing with his team
  • Gradual support for growing independence
  • Positive risk-taking attitude is key

Peterhead

  • One gentleman supported 1:1
  • Loves to take trips on the bus shopping
  • Needs support to manage his finances and make good decisions with his budget
  • Friendly positive attitude is key

Turriff

  • People can be independent but may need some support to motivate them to be independently safe
  • Reminders to look after themselves in a healthy manner
  • Reassuring around mobility
  • Active support with cooking and household chores
  • Support with routines, structure, and consistency
  • Patience and taking the time to get to know their needs, likes, and dislikes
  • Activities they enjoy: listening to music, watching crime shows on TV, shopping, meeting dogs and other animals, and spending time in their large garden
