Community Integrated Care is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate health and social care professional for a Service Leader Level 3 based in Manchester

Our charity was founded in 1988 and we were one of the pioneers of the ‘Care in the Community’ agenda, enabling people to move out of long-stay institutions and live more fulfilling lives.
Since then, we’ve remained leaders in social care, providing bespoke support to thousands across the UK. Today, we support more than 2,600 people and employ 6,600 caring and committed colleagues across England and Scotland.

This is an Extra Care Service supporting older adults aged 65 and over to live independently in their own apartments, whilst having access to personalised support when they need it. We current support 16 individuals and our approach is centred around promoting choice, independence, dignity and wellbeing, ensuring every person is supported in a way that reflects what matters most to them.

We provide medical support, meal preparation, personal care, moving and positioning, household tasks and cleaning and shopping and accessing the local community.
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hour general office hours but flexibility is required for night checks and other needs.
