To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent
Join RWE Renewables and help deliver a new Service & Maintenance contract at the Gwynt y Môr Offshore Wind Farm. Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, you will provide essential administrative support for maintenance activities across 160 offshore wind turbines and help the site team establish efficient processes throughout the project’s implementation and ramp-up phase.
About the role
- Set up new vendors and create, track and process purchase requests for goods and services.
- Coordinate administrative activities during the project ramp-up while prioritising competing tasks and maintaining effective communication.
- Manage correspondence, telephone calls and visitors while supporting effective liaison between departments.
- Act as the Office IT Administrator by ordering equipment and coordinating ongoing requirements with the IT service desk.
- Organise meetings, conferences, workshops and team events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Maintain electronic filing systems and support defined document control activities.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, meeting rooms and events for the office-based site team, including requests at short notice.
- Provide general administrative and secretarial support and undertake additional office administration tasks as required.

Job requirements and experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong coordination, organisational and business administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective management of competing priorities with a self-motivated and committed approach.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with people at all professional levels.
- Collaborative and flexible support within a small team, including responding to needs at short notice.
Advantageous, but not essential
- Experience using electronic document management systems.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- A formal qualification in Business Administration.
