ACVR Service & Maintenance Ltd is looking for an experienced Service & Maintenance Contracts Manager to join our growing team.
This is an important role within the business, with responsibility for managing our existing HVAC service and maintenance contracts, supporting our engineering team and developing long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
We are looking for someone who understands the HVAC service and maintenance sector and can combine strong operational management with a commercial and customer-focused approach. You will have the opportunity to shape how the department operates and play a key part in its continued growth.
The role will include:
- Managing planned preventative maintenance and reactive service contracts
- Acting as the main point of contact for key clients
- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Coordinating engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and service visits
- Monitoring contract performance, response times, and service standards
- Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual requirements
- Managing contract budgets, costs, and profitability
- Reviewing performance against agreed KPIs
- Identifying contract risks and resolving issues before they escalate
- Preparing quotations, renewals, and proposals for additional works
- Developing new service and maintenance opportunities
- Supporting the continuous improvement of our systems and processes

About you
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience managing service and maintenance contracts within the HVAC, building services, or facilities management sector
- A good understanding of air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and mechanical systems
- Experience managing engineers and coordinating service delivery
- Strong commercial awareness, including experience of budgets, costs, and contract profitability
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- The ability to manage several contracts and competing priorities
- A practical, organized, and solutions-focused approach
- Confidence using service management and general Microsoft Office systems
- A full UK driving licence
