About The Role

The purpose of Mobile Test & Innovations Labs is to design, integrate/build, test, and deliver market-leading converged Mobile and Fixed network services. The success of the function is based upon delivering stable, best in class, converged services using the latest technologies – transforming our network with 5G and Network Function Virtualisation. The Service Management Team Service Reliability Professional supports the operation and continuous improvement of core ITIL processes including Incident, Defect, Change/Configuration, Asset, and Release Management within Mobile Innovation Lab test environments.

You will work closely with process leads, service owners, and Service Reliability Specialists to support the digitisation and automation of service management workflows using OSS tools and modern automation techniques.

A key aspect of this role is contributing to automation and process improvement activities to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency. You will use tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and workflow or scripting technologies (e.g. APIs, Python) to help streamline operational tasks and support service visibility.

You will develop a core area of knowledge while gaining exposure across multiple ITIL processes. You will assist in root cause analysis (RCA) for service-impacting issues and support resolution activities. You will also help identify opportunities to reduce repetitive manual work (TOIL) through automation and improved processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
