Salary scale £33,974.55 - £35,089.26 per annum
Location: Stone, Staffordshire.
Hours: 37.5 per week (flexibility required)
On call duties.
Service Manager - Supported Living (Mental Health)
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Service Manager. This role is ideal for someone who has the skills and passion to lead and manage an adult mental health supported living service.

What We’re Looking For
- Diploma in Health & Social Care Level 5 (or higher), or equivalent qualification
- A management qualification, or willingness to work towards one
- Experience supporting adults with complex mental health and / or challenging behaviours from a management perspective
- Supervisory or management experience within the care sector
- A genuine passion for making a difference in people’s lives
- Self-motivated, empathetic, and able to lead a team effectively

About The Role
As Service Manager, you will have the responsibility for the effective day-to-day operation of the service. You will oversee the coordination of new referrals and assessments, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure individuals receive high-quality, person-centred support and care.
You will provide leadership and management to a team of Support Workers and work collaboratively with the Deputy Manager. Offering clear direction, supervision, and ongoing support. A key aspect of the role is ensuring the service consistently meets all regulatory requirements, maintaining full compliance with CQC standards and promoting best practice across all areas of service delivery.

About The Service
Sherwood House is a new refurbished service which has 12 one-bedroom, self-contained apartments based in the town centre of Stone, close to local amenities and transport links. For the individuals we care for, this may be their first opportunity to live semi-independently and develop independent living skills. Whilst challenging, there is lots of opportunity for the successful candidate to help improve people’s lives and build an excellent team around the service.
This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check, including a check against the barred list where applicable.
