Service Manager – New Southgate
Salary - £45000, £65000 OTE plus £15000 over achievement bonus - £80000

Pybus Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Service Manager on behalf of an automotive retailer in New Southgate. This could be an experienced Manager or an Assistant looking for a new challenge.
Working within the aftersales department, you will play a key role in the dealership, leading the service and parts operation while delivering an outstanding customer experience reporting into the Aftersales Manager. You will possess excellent communication and organisational skills and be confident dealing with customers and colleagues both face-to-face and over the phone.

What You'll Do Day to Day
- Manage the aftersales teams including Parts, Vehicle Technicians, and Service Advisors
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members
- Monitor performance against agreed targets and budgets
- Analyse operational performance and identify areas for improvement
- Implement processes and strategies to maximise customer satisfaction and profitability
- Ensure the highest standards of service delivery are maintained

- Previous experience within the automotive industry

Requirements
- Previous experience within the automotive industry
