We’re looking for a Service Manager to join our team at Sunnyborough, our residential service in Eggborough.
This is a role for someone who wants to do more than manage a service. You’ll lead with purpose, bring our values to life and create the right environment for people we support and our teams to thrive.
Location:
Eggborough (DN14)
Salary Range:
£40,000 – £42,000 per annum
Annual Leave:
25 days plus bank holidays

What you’ll be doing

Lead with purpose
- You’ll take ownership of your service, making sure it’s safe, compliant and delivers high-quality, person-centred support.

Develop your people
- You’ll create a team where people feel supported, listened to and empowered to do their best work. You’ll coach and develop a Deputy Manager and Team Leaders, helping them grow their confidence and capability.

- You’ll use your knowledge of PBS and person-centred practice to help your team deliver the best possible outcomes for the people we support.

What you’ll bring
- Leadership experience – You’ve led teams within health and social care and know what great leadership looks like.
- A values-led approach – You care about people, lead by example and want to make a genuine difference.
- A commitment to learning – You hold a Level 4 qualification (or equivalent) and are committed to achieving Level 5.
- Resilience – You’re comfortable navigating challenge and change, while keeping your team focused and supported.
- Great communication – You’re confident building relationships and communicating with people at every level.
- A proactive mindset – You’re always looking for ways to improve services, develop people and achieve better outcomes.
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
