The Role
As The Service Manager, You'll
- Lead planned and reactive maintenance against safety, quality and performance targets.
- Coordinate operatives, supply chain partners, equipment, skills and required authorisations.
- Oversee safe systems of work, risk assessments and method statements.
- Maintain accurate CAFM records and ensure supporting documentation is completed promptly.
- Resolve operational issues and build strong relationships with end users and stakeholders.
- Manage small billable works, including rough orders of cost and commercial performance.
- Monitor costs, manage operational risk and contribute to forward maintenance planning.
- Coach and supervise teams while promoting a positive safety culture.

About You
To Be Successful As The Service Manager, You'll Have
- Practical experience within planned and reactive maintenance environments.
- A strong technical background in plumbing, mechanical or machinery maintenance.
- Relevant aircraft engineering or similar maintenance experience will also be considered.
- An HNC or equivalent experience in a relevant building or engineering discipline.
- A management-level Health & Safety qualification, such as SMSTS.
- Strong leadership, decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CAFM systems.
- Willingness to undertake additional Authorised Person responsibilities with appropriate training.
