Head of Regulated Services & Commissioning

Are you ready to take the lead in developing innovative mental health supported living services? Our client is seeking a dynamic Head of Regulated Services & Commissioning to spearhead the company's growth. Based in Luton, this full-time, office-based role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the mental health and supported accommodation sectors.

This role offers a competitive salary range of £50,000 to £60,000, with performance bonuses taking your total package to £75,000. You'll be at the forefront of service expansion, working with local authorities and NHS partners to secure new contracts. Plus, you'll have the chance to shape the future of mental health services and supported accommodation.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the development and commissioning of new mental health and supported accommodation services.
  • Securing contracts with local authorities and NHS partners.
  • Overseeing CQC and Ofsted registration and compliance.
  • Implementing quality, safeguarding, and governance systems.
  • Mobilising new services and supporting team leaders.
  • Contributing to the company's growth strategy.

About You

  • Proven experience in securing commissioned contracts with local authorities and NHS.
  • Expertise in leading CQC and Ofsted registrations.

  • Experience in mobilising new services in mental health or supported accommodation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
