Service Manager | Supported Living | Oldham

£45,000 – £50,000 (DOE) | Full-time, permanent

Lead a growing Oldham service, with a clear route into a Regional Manager role for the North West.

Prudent Supported Living supports adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex needs to live independently, safely, and with dignity. We're looking for a Service Manager to take the lead on our Oldham services.

The Role

  • Day-to-day leadership of our Oldham supported living services
  • Recruit, coach, and develop team leaders and support workers, and own rota planning and staffing levels.
  • Maintain compliance with CQC's fundamental standards including audits, care plan quality, incident review, and action plans.
  • Work in partnership with the people we support, their families, commissioners, social workers, and health professionals.
  • Own your service's quality, KPIs, and staffing costs, reporting into the leadership team on a weekly call.
  • Drive continuous improvement and a positive, values-led culture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
