Service Manager

Lead Service Excellence Across One of the UK's Most Recognised Retail Brands

At CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, people are at the heart of everything we do. We deliver innovative facilities management solutions across some of the world's most prestigious portfolios, and we're looking for an experienced Service Manager to join our Retail division.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of both hard and soft FM services across a diverse retail portfolio, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional customer experiences, and strong commercial performance.

What You'll Be Doing

As Service Manager, you'll take ownership of service delivery across multiple locations, building strong relationships with client stakeholders and leading high-performing engineering and operational teams.

  • Leading the delivery of facilities management services across the portfolio
  • Building and maintaining exceptional client and stakeholder relationships
  • Driving operational, financial and commercial performance
  • Supporting business continuity and minimising operational disruption
  • Managing contract budgets and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Leading, coaching and developing talented operational teams
  • Ensuring compliance with all health, safety and statutory requirements
  • Working collaboratively with supply partners to deliver outstanding service
  • Using performance and asset data to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

We're interested in hearing from professionals who can demonstrate:

  • Experience within Facilities Management, M&E, engineering or a similar operational environment
  • Experience managing multiple sites across a geographically dispersed portfolio
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship skills
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Commercial and financial management experience, including budget responsibility
  • Experience operating within retail, hospitality, or customer-focused environments
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to service excellence
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
