Are you an experienced Service Manager with a strong track record of leading teams and improving operational performance? We’re recruiting for a Service Manager to join a leading organisation in Wiltshire, taking responsibility for service delivery, KPI performance, and continuous improvement.

The Role
As The Service Manager, You Will
- Lead day-to-day service delivery and operational performance.
- Manage and analyse KPIs to identify trends and drive improvements.
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve service and performance targets.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement across the service.

About You
To Be Successful As The Service Manager, You'll Have
- Previous experience in service, operations, or contract management.
- Strong experience managing KPIs and using data to inform decisions.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent client and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience within FM, telecoms, social housing, or a similar service-led environment.
