Lead with purpose. Deliver lasting impact.

At Stonewater, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live independently, thrive within their community, and achieve their ambitions.

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Service Manager to lead our five Supported Living services in Swindon (Swindon Foyer, Radnor Lodge, Wiltshire House, Ellis House, and Milton Road), and help shape exceptional outcomes for people with diverse support needs.

This is a rewarding leadership role where you’ll inspire and develop a dedicated team, champion customer-focused services, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support. If you’re motivated by making a genuine difference and have experience within supported housing, social care, homelessness, mental health, learning disabilities, or young people’s services, we’d love to hear from you.

About The Role

As Service Manager, you’ll take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management, quality, and performance of your services. You’ll lead and support a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences, while ensuring compliance, safeguarding, health and safety, and service standards are consistently achieved.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
