Service Manager | Supported Living Services
Shrewsbury, Oswestry & St Martins
£32,000 per annum
Full Time | 37.5 Hours per Week Permanent

We're recruiting for a Service Manager to lead three established supported living services supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism. This is an exciting leadership role for someone passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support and developing high-performing teams.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading and inspiring teams across multiple supported living services
- Driving person-centred care and positive outcomes
- Ensuring compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding, and quality assurance requirements
- Managing service performance, budgets, staffing, and operational excellence
- Building strong relationships with families, professionals, and external stakeholders
- Promoting independence, inclusion, and meaningful opportunities for the people we support

What We're Looking For:
- Previous management experience within Health & Social Care
- Experience supporting people with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of person-centred care, safeguarding, and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
- Level 3/4 qualification in Health & Social Care, Leadership, or Management (or equivalent)
