We're Hiring
BHG Marine is looking for an experienced service manager to organise and oversee service and production of small craft & outboards. The role will ideally suit someone with a marine, technical & management background.
Founded in 1947 BHG Marine has enjoyed a long-standing presence in the boating industry. Now part of the Berthon group, BHG is based on the Lymington River in Lymington Marina. We offer a broad range of craft and services to leisure, commercial & professional clients.
Our key brands include AB Inflatables, ePropulsion, Extreme trailers, Garmin, Jeanneau Powerboats, Linder, Rigiflex, Torqeedo, Yamaha & Zodiac.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer contact by phone, email and in person.
- Offer & promote our range of services.
- Manage job booking & scheduling of service, repair, maintenance & production.
- Estimating, invoicing, & service record keeping.
- Maintain & support high customer relationship standards.
- Lead & manage the activities of department employees.
- Monitor & ensure our services sold are delivered safely, efficiently & profitably.
- Act as the point of contact for warranty & aftersales.
- Maintain department systems, facilities & equipment.
- Job & production material sourcing.
- Support other departments.
- Support and training provided.

Job Type
- Full-time, Permanent, On-site.
- 5 days a week.
- Rota of one Saturday in four.
