Service Manager Opportunities

About The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to register your interest in future Service Manager opportunities within support, operations and service delivery. Roles of this type may sit within collaborative environments where you could partner across internal teams and external partners to keep service programmes moving, with scope to improve how delivery is coordinated and communicated.

What You Would Do

Typical responsibilities could include:

  • Coordinating service delivery across multiple workstreams and teams to maintain momentum and accountability
  • Managing stakeholder communication, ensuring all parties remain aligned on progress, milestones and any risks
  • Monitoring service performance against agreed timelines and quality standards, escalating issues as needed
  • Supporting the planning and execution of service initiatives, from charter through to delivery
  • Liaising between operational teams, clients and leadership to keep programmes on track
  • Contributing to continuous improvement in how service delivery is managed and reported

What You Could Bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

  • 3–5 years' experience in service delivery, operations, or related programme/project coordination
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder communication across multiple parties
  • Experience monitoring and reporting on service performance and delivery status
  • Working knowledge of delivery frameworks, agile practices or similar structured approaches
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with ability to manage competing demands
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in a regulated or compliance-heavy environment
  • Familiarity with service-level agreements (SLAs) or performance metrics
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management qualification
