About The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to register your interest in future Service Manager opportunities within support, operations and service delivery. What You Would Do
Typical responsibilities could include:
- Coordinating service delivery across multiple workstreams and teams to maintain momentum and accountability
- Managing stakeholder communication, ensuring all parties remain aligned on progress, milestones and any risks
- Monitoring service performance against agreed timelines and quality standards, escalating issues as needed
- Supporting the planning and execution of service initiatives, from charter through to delivery
- Liaising between operational teams, clients and leadership to keep programmes on track
- Contributing to continuous improvement in how service delivery is managed and reported

What You Could Bring
Most roles of this type require the following:
- 3–5 years' experience in service delivery, operations, or related programme/project coordination
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder communication across multiple parties
- Experience monitoring and reporting on service performance and delivery status
- Working knowledge of delivery frameworks, agile practices or similar structured approaches
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with ability to manage competing demands
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in a regulated or compliance-heavy environment
- Familiarity with service-level agreements (SLAs) or performance metrics
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management qualification
