ROLE TITLE: Service Manager – Data Analytics

LOCATION: London - Hybrid

CLEARANCE: Must have 5 years continuous UK residency. The ideal candidate will have active SC Clearance or be eligible to undergo SC Clearance.

We are actively looking to secure a Service Manager to join Experis.

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Service Manager to support programme delivery and service coordination within a healthcare/digital health environment. The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to track progress, maintain accurate reporting, and ensure issues are identified and escalated in a timely manner. Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management / Coordination

  • Proven experience managing or coordinating projects, ideally in healthcare or digital health settings.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, track progress, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong delivery coordination across teams and workstreams.

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Confidence building trust and working relationships at all levels.

  • Strong ability to analyse data, identify patterns, and interpret information.
