Service Manager - Care Leavers
Salary - £54,994 - £62,777 per annum
Location - Crewe
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Service Manager to join Cheshire East Council and lead a service that helps young people make a successful transition from care to adulthood.
This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of care-experienced young people, ensuring they receive the support, guidance and opportunities they need to thrive as independent adults. As Service Manager, you'll provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our Care Leavers service, working closely with partners, practitioners and young people to deliver high-quality support that meets their individual needs and aspirations.
