We are looking for a highly skilled Service Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with external clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and support. The ideal candidate will manage customer and stakeholder relationships, align with client expectations, and oversee supplier relationships to meet agreed service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, align with customer expectations, and oversee supplier relationships per SLAs.
- Ownership & Initiative: Act as an escalation point, resolve service issues proactively, and support customer onboarding.
- Service Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, and risk management.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor SLAs, analyse KPIs, and provide insights for performance improvement.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, stakeholder management, and ability to influence with confidence.
