With premium facilities, cutting-edge technology, a talented team, and ambitious growth plans, we're looking for an exceptional Service Manager to lead our aftersales department and drive the business to even greater success.

£50,000 Basic Salary | £70,000 OTE | Outstanding Benefits Package

This role is predominantly Monday to Friday, although occasional weekend working may be required to support business needs and ensure operational excellence.

Your Opportunity

As Service Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a busy, high-performing Service Department with significant opportunity for future growth.

You'll inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service while driving operational excellence, profitability, and performance.

We're looking for a proven automotive leader with Service Manager experience gained within a busy franchised dealership environment.
