Service Manager – Insurance

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager – Insurance with strong expertise in Specialty Insurance, Guidewire, and Verisk Rulebook to lead end-to-end service delivery, application support, production operations, and stakeholder management across insurance technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service management and service delivery for insurance applications and platforms.
• Manage application support, production support, incident management, problem management, and change management.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, OLAs, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive service improvement, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead Major Incident Management (MIM) and coordinate resolution of critical production issues.
• Conduct service reviews, governance meetings, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage Verisk Rulebook exposure, including insurance rating and underwriting rule implementation.
• Support integration between Guidewire applications and Verisk products.
• Coordinate rule changes, compliance updates, rating algorithms, forms, testing, and deployments.
• Manage Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter support and operations.
• Coordinate production releases, patch management, and environment management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, clients, vendors, and support teams.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
• Prepare executive-level service dashboards, reports, KPIs, and operational metrics.
