The Opportunity
Service Manager
Liversedge / Kirklees area - West Yorkshire
We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Service Manager to lead a well-established service in Liversedge supporting working-age adults with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and behaviours that challenge.
This is an opportunity for a values-led manager who is looking to build long-term stability and positive outcomes for the people we support and the team around them. We’re looking for someone with a solid career history in care and leadership, who will bring consistency, compassion and strong leadership to the service.
Working closely with an experienced Area Manager and Regional Director, you’ll lead your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support while creating a positive, inclusive and supportive culture.

In This Role, You Will
- Lead and develop a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
- Ensure the service operates safely, effectively and in line with regulatory requirements.
- Support people with complex needs to achieve positive outcomes and greater independence.
- Build a stable, motivated team through coaching, development and strong leadership.
- Work with senior leaders and external professionals to continuously improve service quality.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care; Level 5 desirable or working towards it.
- Strong experience in operational and people management within health and social care.
- A proven and consistent career history, with a genuine commitment to developing and leading teams.
- A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
- Above all, compassion, integrity and a genuine commitment to the people we support.
