Service Manager - Neighbourhood Mental Health Service
We are seeking a confident and experienced professional to undertake the role of Service Manager within our Neighbourhood Mental Health Service. This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring that the Neighbourhood team operates in a safe, effective, and efficient manner, delivering high-quality, person-centred care that meets the needs of local communities.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational and strategic leadership
- Foster a culture that encourages and enables the team to work collaboratively with local partners, social care services, GP Clinical Directors, and other stakeholders
- Support the delivery of integrated care pathways and ensure services are responsive to the specific needs of the population served
Key Duties
- Work closely with senior clinical and operational leaders to support the division’s strategic objectives in relation to:
- Service improvement
- Quality assurance
- Performance management
- Service evaluation
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative models of care
- Ensure services remain compliant with national and local standards
- Continuously improve outcomes for service users and carers
- Lead and manage the team to provide the day-to-day operational coordination, management, and delivery of the integrated mental health service
- Work in partnership with GPs, social care, and local partners for the continued development of the integrated service

Location
Surrey is a beautiful county lying just 30 minutes away from Central London and the South Coast. Our historic market towns and bustling districts are enveloped in wonderful countryside, and our excellent road and rail networks bring the rest of the country within easy reach. For international travel, both Gatwick and Heathrow airports are nearby.
