We Are Looking for a Service Manager
We are looking for a Service Manager to shape the future and lead the delivery of our Learning Disabilities and Forensics Directorate. This is a diverse portfolio of services which span across the organisational footprint of Doncaster, Rotherham and North Lincolnshire.
As Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our portfolio of services are delivered in line with strategic direction whilst ensuring alignment with our organisational vision and priorities.
This role offers the opportunity to shape service delivery, to ensure that individuals receive the highest standard of care and support.
Responsibilities
The Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day delivery of designated clinical services and ensuring that those teams are performing in terms of patient outcomes, metrics, measures and targets.
