Role Overview - Service Management Operating Model Manager
The role is responsible for translating strategic priorities, operational performance, and transformation initiatives into clear, impactful, and business-focused messaging, ensuring leaders are equipped to engage effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and executive audiences.
Operating within a fast-paced and evolving environment, the Service Management Operating Model Manager supports strategic initiatives, drives organisational alignment, develops executive-ready content, and enables effective leadership engagement across the Service Management organisation.
The successful candidate will combine strong business acumen, stakeholder management expertise, and exceptional content development skills with the ability to distil complex topics into concise and compelling narratives that support decision-making, engagement, and organisational alignment.

Key Responsibility Areas
Leadership & Executive Support
- Develop executive-level presentations, briefing packs, talking points, leadership updates, and strategic messaging.
- Support leadership forums, town halls, governance meetings, business reviews, and executive engagements.
- Ensure leadership priorities, decisions, and strategic direction are clearly articulated and consistently understood across stakeholder groups.
Stakeholder Engagement & Organisational Effectiveness
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans supporting organisational priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across Service Management, CTO Infrastructure, and the wider Technology organisation.
- Ensure key updates, decisions, and organisational priorities are effectively cascaded and understood.
- Support leadership visibility, employee engagement, and organisational effectiveness initiatives.

Executive Content & Narrative Development
- Create high-quality executive presentations, briefing materials, strategic updates, and leadership content.
- Translate complex operational, service, and transformation topics into concise, audience-appropriate narratives.
- Develop compelling materials that support leadership decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and organisational alignment.
- Ensure all outputs are professional, accurate, insightful, and aligned with executive expectations.
