Service Manager | AI & Digital Services
📍 Central London (Hybrid, 1-2 days onsite)
💰 £40,000-£45,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
We're partnered with one of the UK's most influential transport organisations who are investing heavily in digital transformation and AI-enabled services.
They're looking for a Service Manager to take ownership of a nationally significant AI-powered platform that supports thousands of frontline users across the rail industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with Service Management, ITIL and stakeholder management experience who wants to work on a genuinely impactful digital service with a growing user base.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Owning day-to-day service operations and performance
- Managing incidents, problems and service requests
- Coordinating suppliers, support teams and key stakeholders
- Driving service improvements and user adoption
- Supporting onboarding of new organisations and users
- Managing service reporting, governance and operational reviews
- Supporting service changes, releases and operational readiness

What We're Looking For:
- Experience in Service Management, Service Delivery or IT Operations
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes
- Experience managing suppliers and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience supporting customer-facing digital services
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and priorities
