Service Manager – Complex Care

Brighouse | Yorkshire region

Up to £60K Plus Bonus

The role

We're looking for an experienced manager who can lead from the front. Following a structured induction, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of complex care packages — managing clinical teams, driving service delivery, and resolving problems as they arise.

You'll oversee a range of clinical and complex care needs, leading nurses and case managers, managing training needs, keeping standards high, and working closely with integrated care boards, commissioners, and multi-disciplinary teams. Clients are based in the community across the region, so regular travel to visit clients and teams is expected.

What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on experience managing complex care packages with clinical interventions
  • Track record managing teams of healthcare professionals (nurses, case managers)
  • Solid understanding of CQC compliance and Health and Social Care legislation
  • Practical commercial awareness — you understand the healthcare market and can manage budgets
  • Organised, self-motivated, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves
  • Full driving licence and access to your own car for work

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
