About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Developer to build, integrate and support telecom solutions across TSM, TSOM, CSM, ITSM and CMDB/CSDM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions and telecom service-assurance workflows.
  • Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs and notifications.
  • Build workflows and integrations using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Support CMDB/CSDM, CI relationships, IRE, Discovery, Service Mapping and data migration.
  • Perform unit testing, resolve defects and support SIT, UAT, releases and hypercare.
  • Maintain Jira stories and technical documentation while following ServiceNow development standards.

Mandatory Skills and Experience

  • Strong ServiceNow development, JavaScript and Glide API experience.
  • Experience in TSM, TSOM, CSM, ITSM, ITOM or CMDB/CSDM.
  • Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, Import Sets and Transform Maps.
  • Understanding of CMDB, CSDM, IRE, testing and deployment.
  • Good Agile, Jira, communication and documentation skills.

Desirable Experience

  • Telecom or fibre-network experience, preferably with TSM/TSOM and service assurance.
  • Exposure to TM Forum APIs, OSS/BSS integrations, Discovery, Service Mapping or platform migration.

Preferred Certifications

  • ServiceNow CSA or CAD; relevant CIS certification is desirable.
