ServiceNow Lead Architect | ITOM, ITSM & Field Service Management (FSM)

πŸ“ [Hybrid, 2 days at London] | Contract

We're hiring a ServiceNow Lead Architect to drive an Intelligent Field & Autonomous Service Operations programme β€” architecting and delivering solutions across ITOM, ITSM, and Field Service Management (FSM). You'll be the technical lead across the full lifecycle: solution design, stakeholder engagement, implementation governance, and hypercare.

What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery across ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, and FSM
  • Design Event-to-Incident automation β€” event correlation, noise reduction, alert management, auto-incident creation
  • Architect integrations between ServiceNow and monitoring/telemetry platforms (Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, AppDynamics, Azure Monitor)
  • Design FSM Dynamic Scheduling solutions β€” workforce optimisation, routing, dispatching, resource allocation
  • Run solution design workshops, technical governance, and architecture reviews
  • Provide technical leadership from design through deployment and hypercare
  • Act as senior client-facing technical authority, sharing delivery experience and lessons learned
  • Identify risks/constraints early and recommend mitigations
  • Mentor delivery teams and enforce ServiceNow best practice

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
