Location:
UK Remote (Midlands or beyond)
Based in the Midlands or beyond in the UK. It's mostly a remote role with one-off trips to Uxbridge, London based on client demand.
Project Manager
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Manage project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, governance, and stakeholder communication across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and implementation teams to drive project execution.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, and provide regular status reporting to leadership.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, project steering committee meetings, and change management activities.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, quality standards, and ServiceNow implementation best practices.
- Strong experience managing large-scale enterprise ServiceNow deployments using Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid delivery models.
