We’re looking for a customer-focused Administrator to join our cottages.com team
Based in our St Mawes office, this is a full-time, permanent position working 9am–5pm with Saturday availability essential.
Your mission
As our new Administrator, your mission is to deliver high-quality administrative support that ensures our managed properties operate smoothly and efficiently. With a particular focus on cleaning, maintenance, and Health & Safety coordination, you’ll play a key role in supporting property recruitment, onboarding, retention, and the ongoing success of our Property Management Service – helping us delight both homeowners and guests.
What you'll be doing
- Own and deliver efficient administrative support across the Property Management Service function
- Collaborate with the Regional Operations Manager and local teams to ensure smooth servicing of managed properties
- Assist with the sales and promotion of our Property Management Service to new and existing owners
- Support cleaning, maintenance, and Health & Safety coordination to maintain high operational standards
- Ensure owner and guest queries are resolved efficiently and exceed expectations
- Promote our brands professionally within the local community
- Support local promotional events, owner functions, PR activities, and county shows
- Provide cross-functional support to local recruitment teams, other regional offices, and Head Office as required

We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer literacy, with Microsoft Office knowledge preferred
- A genuine passion for customer service
- A collaborative and proactive approach to getting things done
- An interest in travel – particularly UK holidays

- Help drive owner satisfaction through responsive and effective communication
- Maintain high standards across cleaning, maintenance, and H&S coordination

- Play a key role in delivering operational excellence within the Southwold office

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our St Mawes office. Office hours are 9am–5pm and Saturday availability is essential. We also require the successful candidate to have a full and clean driving license.
