The Role:

The Service Operations Administrator provides comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Panavision's Equipment Resources and Technical Services teams. You'll help ensure rental equipment, spares, tools and supplies are effectively tracked, maintained, repaired and moved across our European and African operations.

Working with internal teams, vendors, customers, insurers and international offices, you'll coordinate repairs, equipment requests, freight and customs administration while maintaining accurate records and supporting operational efficiency.

The role also supports annual inventory stocktakes, helping ensure compliance, accuracy and effective asset management across the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administer purchase orders, goods receipts and inventory records for equipment, spares, tools and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate asset records, including serial number allocation and equipment disposals.
  • Raise, monitor and update repair and service tickets, providing regular progress reporting.
  • Coordinate repairs with vendors and internal technical teams, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Manage equipment shipping requirements associated with repairs and servicing.
  • Support the missing and damaged equipment process, including liaison with customers, technical teams, insurers and billing teams.
  • Coordinate equipment requests with Panavision offices, distributors and vendors worldwide.
  • Investigate equipment issues, identify shortages and help arrange practical solutions.
  • Provide import/export and customs administration support.
  • Assist with compliance requirements under the CAA Known Consignor scheme.
  • Support the planning and reconciliation of annual inventory stocktakes across European and African locations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Service Operations team as required.
