Location: Hybrid between home and our Kettering office (2 days per week)
Reports to: Partner Service Operations Lead
Salary: £21,710 (28 hours a week) plus excellent benefits
Closing Date: 14th August 2026
Please note, this role is being offered as an 8 month fixed-term contract, working 28 hours per week
About the Role
As a Service Operations Executive, you will be at the heart of our mission, serving as the primary guide for new Partners as they embark on their CMI journey. You will have the unique opportunity to shape the initial and ongoing engagement of our relationships, ensuring a seamless path through the CMI approval and mapping processes to empower the delivery of world-class qualifications and apprenticeships.
Responsibilities
- Take the lead in delivering a simple, effective, and supportive approval process for all new partners.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding experience, ensuring our partners are set up for success from day one.
- Coordinate and assist with CMI mapping applications for HE, Apprenticeships, and Qualifications, maintaining high service standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service support, acting as a credible ambassador and responsive point of contact for all partner enquiries.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Quality and Relationship Managers, to drive continuous process improvements.
