📍 Bristol
💰 c.£50,000 + 10% Bonus
I'm currently working with an award-winning technology organisation that is investing heavily in the growth of its Client Services function. They're looking to appoint a Service Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping how live services are delivered across the business.
This is a brand-new position, making it a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building processes, improving service delivery, and making a real impact.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and coordinating Service Operations across multiple business teams
- Managing incidents, escalations, operational risks, and service governance
- Improving service visibility through reporting, dashboards, and meaningful MI
- Working closely with Support, Product, Professional Services, PMO, Delivery, and IT teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Driving continual service improvement and helping develop a scalable Service Operations function

- Service Operations Management
- Service Delivery or IT Service Management
- Incident & Major Incident Management
- Service Governance & Operational Reporting
- Stakeholder Management across technical and business teams
- Service Improvement initiatives
- Working within SLA-driven environments
