Experience required
- Service Operations / Managed Services leadership
- ITIL service management and continuous improvement
- Service delivery and performance management
- Governance, planning, risk and dependency management
- Supplier and KPI management
- Senior stakeholder engagement and executive reporting
- Business relationship management
- Team leadership and people management
- Working closely with technical teams while maintaining an operational focus
