Leadership Opportunity in Field Service Operations
A hands-on leadership opportunity to take ownership of a growing field service operation, leading people, performance and processes across Cumbria and surrounding counties.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Operations Manager to take ownership of a busy, multi-site field service operation across Cumbria and surrounding counties, where you will play a key role in its continued growth and development.

Responsibilities
- Leading a remote, field-based team
- Oversee resource planning, scheduling, SLAs, customer escalations and service performance
- Drive improvements in processes, productivity, and commercial performance
Requirements
- Strong, accountable, and people-focused leader
- Highly organised
- Process-driven
- Commercially minded
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels, from farm clients and field engineers through to senior directors
- Good understanding of the demands of a fast-paced farming environment, where reliability and responsiveness are essential
