What you'll do | Hei mahi
- Look after the checkouts and cash office.
- Monitor all customer service areas such as entry gates, trollies, baskets, lotto, audit and customer loyalty - ensuring everything is consistently of the highest standard and complies with all company policies.
- Create positive interactions with customers, assist with their questions and solve issues.
- Team Leadership & Supervision: Leads the team to ensure correct work completion, provides on-the-job training and coaching, and steps up as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts.
- Issue Resolution & Escalation: Identifies and timely escalates process-related issues to the Function Lead for effective resolution.
- Safety & Wellbeing Advocacy: Champions a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety protocols, reporting hazards, and prioritizing team wellbeing.
- Collaboration & Communication: Actively participates in team collaboration and communication initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
