Hygenie is a Midlands-based workplace and washroom services provider, offering a wealth of experience in delivering outstanding quality with innovative products.
We provide a tailored washroom services to suit customers individual requirements from our base in Hinckley – including Birmingham, Coventry, Oxford, Warwickshire, Leicester, Northampton and Nottingham. Our work area extends from London and up to Manchester in the UK.
Hygenie operates a managed quality control process. This ensures that the products and service levels customers receive are continuously maintained at an excellent level.
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Washroom Service Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing washroom hygiene products at customer premises, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer care.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in delivering great service, and is comfortable driving to multiple customer locations each day.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Service washroom hygiene units at customer sites according to scheduled routes.
- Replace and maintain products such as sanitary disposal units, air fresheners, soap dispensers, hand towel dispensers, and floor mats.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Complete daily route electronic records accurately.
- Carry out vehicle checks and ensure the company vehicle is kept clean and roadworthy.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures and company policies.
- Report any customer issues or additional service opportunities to management.
The Ideal Candidate
- Full UK manual driving licence (essential).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Reliable, punctual, and well organised.
- Physically fit, as the role involves lifting, carrying, and frequent driving.
- Previous experience in delivery driving, service driving, facilities management, or a similar customer-facing role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Be aged 25+ due to vehicle insurance limitations.

Shift Patterns
Be able to work flexibly between the hours of 5:00am and 18:00pm, 42.5 hours per week.
Enhanced DBS
We require a full clean enhanced DBS check to be completed.
