This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual to join our Commissioning and Contracts Team within Children and Family Services. As a Service Organiser, you will play a vital role in coordinating and managing essential functions, including short breaks, specialist education placements, referrals to the STARS project, and 16+ supported accommodation.
In This Role, You Will
- Coordinate and manage the functions of the Commissioning and Contracts Team.
- Support the delivery of short breaks and specialist education placements.
- Maintain accurate databases and ensure timely data entry.
- Draft letters and reports, communicating clearly with stakeholders.
- Monitor compliance with audit and procurement requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues, providers, and the public to enhance service delivery.
- Alert managers to any issues affecting performance and service quality.

To Succeed In This Role, You Will Need
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with the NCC Mosaic system.
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
- A background in social care, housing, or the third sector.
- Experience in using management information systems to monitor outcomes.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
