Service Planner

Shropham, Attleborough, UK

Full Time

Stuart Power Ltd are specialist suppliers of temporary power generation and pump equipment. We are an authorised dealer for FG Wilson branded products manufactured by Caterpillar, powered primarily by Perkins engines and have been for over 30 years. We supply spares worldwide and are the largest spares dealer worldwide.

Due to sustained growth, we have an exciting opportunity within our Service Department, working as part of a Team to assist with fulfilling our excellent service standards for our generators, pumps and lighting towers.

Role

  • Customer contact and planning services
  • Scheduling Engineers for on-site servicing
  • Invoicing
  • Costing job sheets
  • Quoting repair jobs

Essential Skills / Experience

  • Previous experience in a service role
  • Good organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of work
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written with both internal and external employees / customers
  • Ability to prioritise work and work to deadlines
  • Computer skills – knowledge of Microsoft Packages to include Excel
  • Interest / experience in Engineering but this is not essential as training will be provided.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8am – 5.30pm

Job Type

Full Time, Permanent
