Service Quality Manager
Location: Europe / Multi-site
Experience: 8-10 years as Quality Manager
Full-time management of the overall quality surveillance service, including inspection strategy, quality resources, audit/inspection implementation and service-level quality reporting.
Main Technical Responsibilities
- Define the overall quality surveillance strategy and required inspection resources.
- Ensure effective implementation of the inspection and audit plan.
- Coordinate and monitor all quality personnel assigned to the service.
- Monitor quality performance, progress, key risks, recurring issues and supplier quality trends.
- Ensure quality-related project requirements are implemented at supplier and site level.
- Coordinate quality interfaces, inspections, audits, NCR follow-up, snag management and final quality status.
- Deliver the overall monthly quality service report.
- Ensure relevant lessons learned are captured, communicated and implemented.
- Support the review of quality documentation including Quality Plans, ITPs, WPS/WPQR, NDT procedures, coating procedures, FAT/HAT/SAT protocols, MRBs/as-built dossiers, RAMS, NCRs, audit reports and snag records.

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience
- BEng or higher degree in Engineering.
- 8-10 years of experience as Quality Manager on large offshore wind projects.
- Strong experience in inspection planning, surveillance strategy, audits, supplier quality and site QA/QC management.
- Strong knowledge of ITP-based inspection, NCR management, quality records, MRBs/final dossiers and snag close-out.
- Proven coordination of multidisciplinary and multi-location quality teams.
- English C1 level or equivalent.
- Required professional and statutory accreditations for the country/countries of deployment.

Additional Technical Requirements / Relevant Experience
- The role may be combined with the Service Project Manager role where the organisational model allows it.
- Valid GWO training expected in accordance with assigned site activities.
