Adams Morey Bournemouth is looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Service Receptionist / Administrator to join our busy service department.
As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. You'll provide administrative support to the service team, assist with customer enquiries and help ensure the department runs smoothly and efficiently.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 5.00 pm, i.e. 42.5 hours per week, 1 hour lunch break (unpaid).
Salary:
Dependent on experience, will be discussed at interview stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls and deal with customer enquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Assist with service bookings, customer appointments and general administration.
- Support the Service Advisors and workshop team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Prepare and maintain accurate customer and vehicle documentation.
- Process paperwork, invoices and other service-related documents.
- Keep customers informed and direct enquiries to the appropriate member of the team.
- Assist with vehicle collection and handover arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as required.
- Liaise with technicians, Service Advisors and other departments to ensure information is communicated effectively.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times.

Ideally, we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administration or customer service role, ideally within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, professional and approachable manner.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
- The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
- A genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service.
