Service Reporting Manager
Hybrid Model: Mostly Remote (1 day p/m in Central London)

The Role:
As a Service Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering high-quality service reporting across multiple operational platforms. You will transform complex service data into clear, insightful reports and dashboards that help stakeholders understand performance, identify trends, and drive service improvements. You will work closely with operational teams, service management, customers, and leadership to provide meaningful analysis and recommendations that enhance service delivery.
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who enjoys getting hands-on with data, understands how IT services operate, and can turn complex operational information into meaningful business insights. You'll be comfortable working across multiple data sources, building reports and dashboards, identifying trends, and helping stakeholders make informed decisions that drive service improvement. Most importantly, you'll be someone who combines technical reporting capability with a strong understanding of service management and a passion for improving customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain customer-facing service reports and dashboards.
- Extract, analyse, and interpret data from multiple operational platforms.
- Create insightful Power BI dashboards and visualisations.
- Produce monthly service management reports covering service performance, trends, and key metrics.
- Analyse Incident, Request, Change, and operational data to identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support service governance activities through accurate reporting and data analysis.
- Collaborate with service delivery, operations, and technical teams to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Drive continual service improvement through data-led insights and recommendations.
- Contribute to the development and standardisation of reporting processes and frameworks.
- Support and potentially mentor junior reporting or analytical resources as the function grows.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience working as a Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Service Reporting Analyst, MI Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar.
- Strong Power BI experience, including dashboard development and data visualisation.
- Experience producing operational, KPI, and service performance reports.
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Request, and Problem Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience presenting findings to stakeholders and customers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable:
- Experience working within Managed Services or IT Outsourcing environments.
- Exposure to HaloITSM, ServiceNow, or similar ITSM platforms.
- Experience working with monitoring and operational tools such as Zabbix.
- Knowledge of contact centre/service desk platforms such as NICE CXone.
- Leadership, mentoring, or team lead experience.
- ITIL certification.
