Job Description
As the Service Sales & Installed Base Manager, you will drive profitable growth by maximizing revenue from our installed base. Working closely with the after-sales team, you will focus on high-value customers, developing strategies that increase service sales while enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your role combines customer insight, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver targeted service offerings across service agreements, spare parts, maintenance, upgrades, and modernizations.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Revenue Generation: Identify high-potential customers, prioritize resources, and execute strategies to increase aftermarket sales.
- Installed Base Optimization: Maintain and analyze data on machines, service history, and customer profiles to target high-value accounts effectively.
- Collaboration & Alignment: Support the after-sales team with insights, tools, and clear priorities to align activities with revenue goals.
- Customer Relationship & Satisfaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, coordinating with sales, technical support, and field service to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor service sales, installed base health, and customer satisfaction, using insights to refine strategies and maximize revenue.
Qualifications
We are seeking a results-oriented professional with technical expertise, analytical skills, and a track record in service sales or aftermarket management.
You bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years in service sales, aftermarket management, or technical sales in industrial equipment or packaging machinery.
- Strong knowledge of machines, service requirements, and lifecycle management.
- Ability to analyze customer data, identify opportunities, and drive sales growth.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly after-sales and service organizations.
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus) and willingness to travel for customer visits and team collaboration.
