Job Description

Contract type: Permanent

Location: Alderley Park

Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based

Closing date: 30th September 2026

Join the team and help shape the future of how we deliver services for customers across Royal London.

As a Service Strategy & Transformation Co-ordinator, you'll play a key role in turning strategic priorities into action. Supporting the delivery of transformation programmes and service improvement initiatives, you'll help coordinate planning, governance, reporting and leadership activities that keep priorities on track and progress visible.

This role would suit someone with strong organisational, stakeholder management and reporting skills who enjoys working across multiple priorities.

You'll be comfortable bringing structure to complex programmes, tracking actions and risks, and creating clear, engaging reports and presentations that help leaders make informed decisions.

About the role

  • Support the delivery of Customer Operations' strategic priorities, transformation programmes and service improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate governance, planning and programme management activities, ensuring actions, risks, dependencies and decisions are effectively tracked.
  • Produce high-quality reports, presentations and management information, translating complex information into clear and meaningful insights.
  • Support leadership team activities, preparing briefings, meeting materials and updates for senior stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships across Customer Operations, the COO function and wider business teams to ensure priorities remain aligned and progressing.
  • Help drive delivery by following through on commitments, monitoring progress and ensuring key actions are completed.
  • Support the Head of Transformation & Innovation and Head of Service Strategy Delivery with various administrative duties including logistics, travel and expenses, calendar management.

About you

  • Experience coordinating projects, programmes, business plans or strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep activities moving forward.
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills, with the ability to turn data and information into a clear and compelling story.
  • Comfortable tracking actions, risks, dependencies and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to work with senior leaders and colleagues across the business.
  • An interest in strategy, transformation, continuous improvement and delivering positive customer outcomes.
  • A proactive, delivery-focused approach and a reputation for getting things done.
