Service Support Administrator/ Help Desk
Job Description:
You will be involved in supporting the Service Operations Manager and the administration team in successfully delivering our service projects and service works. This role is not an IT based role, we are a very busy engineering maintenance department
Your role will involve but not limited to:
- Organising, controlling and maintaining stock.
- Sorting deliveries and keeping them organised within the stores - as well as keeping your stakeholders informed of their deliveries.
- Developing and maintaining management systems.
- Liaising with clients and engineers to order parts and spares on time.
- Organising the delivery and tracking of equipment and products to customers
- Organise the return of surplus or faulty goods to suppliers.
- Answering the Telephones
- Collating Service Reports and sending them to clients
- Quoting from the Service Reports and sending them to clients
- Creating invoices or applications on a monthly basis by working with the Service Operations Manager and accounts.
- Engineer Planning by use of an Outlook Calendar
- Organising call outs dependent upon contracted SLA's
- Quoting contract renewals

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Keen to learn and progress within the company.
- Spending part of your time learning new skills & technologies. You will need to learn to apply these skills within your role.
- Part of your training will be on external courses with various suppliers across the country.
- Part of your development will be working with our amazing team across all departments.
- As your skills develop you will be able to progress within the company from an Apprentice Service Support Administrator to Qualified Administrator and potentially a move to other departments.
- You will be given a good knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and company Policies & Procedures, and you will be expected to work safely within these guidelines.
2. General and Personal management skills.
- General management skills including the ability to act with integrity, arrange personal workloads, use sound judgement, drive for results and focus on customer needs.
- Ability to communicate and liaise with both customers and other employees within the company.
- Ability to focus on site based customer requirements.
- Must be able to work under own initiative.
- Must be able to manage designated workloads.
- Provide technical assistance to both customers and colleagues.

4. Time management and budgeting
- Efficiently and accurately complete the tasks within the allocated timescales.
- Ensure Time sheets are accurately recorded and presented to accounts on time.
5. Technical Knowledge and know how
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good I.T. Skills.
- Good Telephone skills

Full Time - within the Leeds office.
