Service Support Analyst
Location: Aylesbury - Hybrid working
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + 15% Bonus
We're looking for a Service Support Analyst to provide high-quality 1st and 2nd line IT support across the business.
You'll be responsible for:
- Logging, triaging and resolving incidents and service requests
- Supporting users across Microsoft Azure, AVD, Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive and SharePoint, as well as laptops, desktops, printers and meeting room technology
- Supporting user access and joiner/mover/leaver processes
- Responding to cyber security alerts
- Maintaining hardware and software inventories
- Working closely with third-party technology providers

We're looking for someone with:
- Practical experience in a customer-facing IT support environment
- Strong Microsoft Azure and M365 experience
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of ITIL, information security and data protection
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure
