Role Overview

Supporting the Services Team Supervisor and Data Systems Manager in overseeing the operational and strategic aspects of multiple locations within our organisation. Assisting the Services Support and Collections support teams in the day to day running of the department.

Main Duties

  • Be part of a small team in Services Support to efficiently manage and process incoming service calls and collection data.
  • Administration and overview with the service call system.
  • Input all aspects of required data for new and existing locations.
  • Ensure update of the service call system with all relevant service call information as soon as it becomes available is adhered to.
  • Monitor the service call system to ensure smooth transition of service calls from the initial service call being placed through to completion.
  • Using the tracking system available and liaise with the Regional Service Managers (RSM's) and Service support team members to make sure service calls are allocated to the correct engineer.
  • Complete all documentation, paperwork and computer records as directed to the very highest standard.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and shop standards across all locations.
  • Regularly review and analyse performance reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist with the creation of new reporting metrics to assist in the smooth running of the department.
  • Monitor expenses and revenue, identify cost-saving opportunities, and contribute to the overall financial success of the area.
  • Submitting documentation to relevant departments, including but not limited to Uniform orders, Call reports.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, and employee engagement.
  • Perform other tasks as may be reasonably requested to meet ongoing requirements.
  • Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times.
